This policy describes how Romi Digital LLC (“Romi,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use romidigital.co. Our office is at 1216 Broadway, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10001. Questions go to hello@romidigital.co.
Information you give us
If you book a call, the form on that page asks for details such as your name, email, company, and what you want to talk about. The form is provided by Perspective (perspective.co). What you submit is processed by Perspective and shared with us so we can reply and schedule time.
If you email hello@romidigital.co, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and, if we end up working together, so we have a record of the conversation.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the site, we and our analytics and advertising tools may collect:
- Pages you view, referring URLs, and roughly how you move through the site
- Browser, device, operating system, and IP address
- Campaign details already on the link you clicked, such as UTM parameters and ad click IDs from Google, Meta, Microsoft, or TikTok
Those campaign details are saved in your browser’s session storage for that visit and added to the booking form, so we can tell which ad or page led you to book. They clear when the browser session ends.
The site loads Google Tag Manager. Tags in that container may include analytics and advertising tools from Google, Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft. Those companies set their own cookies and use the data under their own policies.
Social posts on the homepage
The Instagram and TikTok sections show public posts from Romi’s own accounts. We fetch those on our servers. We do not ask you to log in with Instagram or TikTok. If your browser loads an image or player from those platforms, they may receive your IP address and device data under their own privacy policies.
How we use information
- To answer inquiries and run the booking process
- To operate, secure, and improve the site
- To measure traffic and understand which campaigns bring people here
- To meet legal obligations
Client work, if you hire us, is covered by the contract we sign with you. This policy covers the website.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you:
- Perspective, for the booking form
- Google, for tag management, analytics, and advertising measurement
- Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft, when their tags are active in Google Tag Manager
- Vercel, which hosts the site
- Supabase, which stores site content and our internal admin login
The admin area is for Romi staff only. Staff sign in with Google. Visitors do not create accounts on this site.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or if we sell or reorganize the business, in which case the same protections in this policy still apply. We do not sell personal information for money.
Advertising cookies can count as “sharing” for cross-context advertising under California law. To opt out, email hello@romidigital.co with the subject “Do not sell or share,” and use the ad settings at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com.
Cookies
Cookies and similar storage remember a session, measure visits, and connect a visit to an ad. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The site still loads if you do, but some measurement will stop working. Staff admin login uses its own session cookies and is not part of the public site.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and email records for as long as we need them to respond, run the business, and meet legal requirements, then delete or de-identify them. Session campaign details last only for that browser session. Analytics providers keep data on their own schedules.
Your choices
Email hello@romidigital.co to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of sale or sharing. We may need to confirm it is you before we act. California residents can also ask for the categories of personal information we collected, the sources, and the categories of third parties we shared it with. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict your information, or to object to certain uses, and you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We are a New York company and process this information in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information is transferred to the United States.
Children
The site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated policy.
