These terms cover your use of romidigital.co, run by Romi Digital LLC (“Romi,” “we,” “us”), 1216 Broadway, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10001. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The site is not the client contract
The site describes our work and lets you request a call. Booking a call, sending an email, or filling in a form does not make you a client and does not obligate either of us to work together. Paid work starts only when both sides sign a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls the work.
Using the site
You agree not to:
- Break the law, or try to break, scrape, or overload the site
- Interfere with security, or attempt to access the admin area or another person’s information
- Submit information you do not have the right to share, or that is false or misleading
- Use the site to send spam or to impersonate someone else
We can suspend access to the site if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.
Our content
The site’s design, copy, graphics, and other materials are owned by Romi Digital LLC or used with permission. Case studies and results describe specific client engagements. They are not a promise that another brand will see the same outcome. Client names and marks remain the property of those clients.
You may share links to the site. You may not copy the site, or reuse our materials commercially, without written permission from us.
Other people’s services
The site links to, or embeds, services we do not control, including the Perspective booking form, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and our careers page. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or for what happens after you leave romidigital.co.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Case study figures are historical and specific to those clients.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Romi Digital LLC and its members, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the site. Our total liability for a claim related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.
Indemnity
If you misuse the site or break these terms, you will cover Romi against the resulting claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees, except to the extent a court finds we caused the loss.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New York County, New York, are the exclusive venue for disputes about the site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Either of us may still seek injunctive relief in any court that has jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. If you keep using the site after that, the updated terms apply.
